Tuesday's Agenda and Activities
The first day, Tuesday, October 6, focuses on California’s
energy strategies. The day begins with a presentation on the California
climate change strategy. Throughout the day, panels on the key
strategies -- energy efficiency, renewable energy, low carbon
transportation, and smart grid -- will offer perspectives and discussion
on successes, challenges, and research results. At lunch, we will hear
about creating our future: meeting the electricity technology challenge.
At the end of the day, we will discuss collaboration opportunities, and
continue the discussions over a no-host group dinner in downtown Palo
Alto at the family style Italian favorite, Buca di Beppo. |
