Existing Buildings to provide owners,
facility managers, and ESCOs with
detailed information on how to green an
existing building without restrictive
up-front costs. In this session the
presenters will outline how state
agencies, local governmental ARRA
recipients, and private sector owners
alike can utilize Green Performance
Contracting as a project-delivery method
to finance green building retrofits with
the goal of achieving LEED for Existing
Buildings: Operations & Maintenance
