House Energy Appropriators Provide Significant
Increases
 The
House Appropriations Committee approved dramatic increases in funding
for a range of clean energy and energy efficiency programs at the U.S.
Department of Energy this week. While the action marks the start of what
will likely be a long appropriations process, it is an extraordinarily
